Roy Devillier began his adventure with lemonade one Sunday afternoon in his kitchen.

After attending a festival near his home in South Louisiana and not being able to find anything to quench his thirst, Roy decided that he could make a refreshing lemonade that would wow festival-goers.  “I remember thinking to myself that I have to be able to make a better lemonade than what is being offered to festival-goers,” Roy states. So along with his family, Roy began experimenting with water, sugar, and lemons. Some concoctions were too sweet, some too sour, and some were just plain bad. But after about a week of testing his recipe, Roy hit it right and Roy’s Fresh Lemonade was born.

Well, now that Roy had his signature
lemonade, he needed to find places to sell it. At first, Roy started out with arts and craft show around his home of Lafayette, Louisiana.  The response was great!  Roy knew that his lemonade was special but he couldn’t get over how everybody loved it.  He even started selling different size cups of lemonade along with refills to meet the demand.

Roy’s Fresh Lemonade began popping up at events around the United States.  From the Crawfish Festival in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, to the National High School Rodeo Finals in Wyoming, Roy's Fresh Lemonade quenched the thirst of many festival-goers.

With so much love and support from the Roy's fans, Roy decided to create a new flavor that would taste just as great as our original--Roy's Strawberry Lemonade came to be. Once again, fans showed their love for the new flavor. Roy and his family are so grateful for such loyal fans.
